Who is Eligible for Refund?

Here are the circumstances that makes you eligible for a 50% refund:

  • If after completing payment the material has not been sent to you for 24 – 48 hours.
  • The past questions sent is not what you expected.
  • The number of years you needed are not included.
  • In cases where the material you paid for isn’t available and we cannot provide is within 48 hours, full refund will be made etc.

Refund Process

Whether you paid online or made a transfer, follow the steps below to get a refund.

  • Send a snapshot of payment receipt.
  • State name of the past questions paid for.

Depending on the situation, we will process your refund immediately or at most 3-days. Keeping to this policy allows us serve you better, thanks in anticipation of a smooth service.
