Who is Eligible for Refund?
Here are the circumstances that makes you eligible for a 50% refund:
- If after completing payment the material has not been sent to you for 24 – 48 hours.
- The past questions sent is not what you expected.
- The number of years you needed are not included.
- In cases where the material you paid for isn’t available and we cannot provide is within 48 hours, full refund will be made etc.

- State name of the past questions paid for.
